Individual/Private Training Sessions

Go one on one with an LGSA coach. Learn some creativity and comfort on and off the ball along with soccer specific fitness training.

Customize Your Own Small Group Session

There can be up to ten athletes in a small group.

Match Related & Match Condition exercises focusing on:

        Principles of Attacking: Roles of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Attacker.

   Principles of Defending: Roles of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Defender.

        Shooting Technique and Variations: Instep Drive, the Chip, Bending balls.

 

Pricing, Schedules and Equipment

LGSA operates:

April – October: Monday – Friday,

(Outdoor) Private Sessions 8am - 6 pm

Small Group Sessions 6-9 pm

 

November – March: Monday – Friday

All sessions 6-9 p.m.

 

Private Sessions – 1 hour/$75.00

Small Group Sessions – 1 hour/$30 per player

Soccer Ball

Water Bottle Marked with name

Sunscreen (if necessary)

 

Seasonal Investment in your athlete:

If athlete signs up for ten individual sessions, they receive one free session.

 

Insurance:

Each athlete is responsible for his or her own insurance coverage
